Journeys....Accelerated Reader giveaway

I am desperate for any help or resources with the Journeys program. We are adopting the common core version for next year....only we haven't gotten the actual books yet and I want to start getting ready for next school year. Now....on to Accelerated Reader. I had the worst problem last year with kids wanting to sign up for accelerated reader.I made these signs to hang on the back of a bookshelf. I am going to put magnets on the back.I have made frog magnets that have the students number so that they can just move their magnet under the signs. I will then know who's ready to take a test and who is still working. You could also attach ribbon to the back of them and use clothespins to have them move their clip. Summer!!!! I have been waiting for this all year lol.

I had a fantastic school year this year. I am definitely working on finding more time for blogging. That is my goal this year. I have had many family issues this year and I am finally back on track for blogging. I am getting ready for the next school year. I love love love getting ready for a new year. I love having time to do things that I want to. I will not be able to add classroom pictures because we are not allowed in the building during the month of June. Instead, I am making things at home and I will be bringing them to school in July.

We are just starting to use the Journeys reading system. I have not seen the teacher's manual. If there is anyone that can help me or knows of resources....please comment or e-mail me. I need help! :)

I have just purchased my first home. I am very excited and I will be posting pictures soon. I am still unpacking and getting things up and running. I have finished planting my beautiful plants and I will be adding more mulch soon. I can't wait! Thank you for your continued support. I can't wait to really blog away now! :)
